This is for BBVA the 8th corporate responsibility report. What was initially born as a modest inventory, mainly in terms of community investment has now become a balanced scorecard that integrates within the business the ESG variables-environmental, social, ethical and corporate governance.
Community involvement means explaining what we’re doing, how we’re doing it and why; we must set ourselves the task of giving detailed information about our performance, but we also want to know what our most important stakeholders think about the decision we are taking.
